Dear Brother,
Thank you for your letter and the money you’ve sent us so far, all of which we have received. It fills our hearts with joy, dear Brother, to know that you are looking after us in this way and have not forgotten us. We’re also pleased to know, dear Brother, that you have my belongings; they’re in safer hands with you than at home. Hopefully you’re still enjoying good health and your family is, too. Willy and I are eager to know about your children, mainly Fred, who must be quite grown up by now? Hopefully there will soon be a time when we will all meet up again in good health. And so, dear Brother, we belatedly wish you a Happy New Year and every happiness and good health for your family. With our warmest greetings, your brothers Bruno and Willy.
